声信息治疗突发性聋的临床观察

摘　　要：目的突发性耳聋是耳鼻咽喉科的常见病、多发病，临床治疗方案很多，为认真总结临床经验，探索更佳的治疗方案。方法92例突聋患者随机抽样，40例患者采用中西医结合治疗，52例患者在中西医结合治疗同时加声信息治疗，即采用现代电子技术，有针对性利用声信息，直接通过人体听觉系统。结果中西医结合组有效率为70％，而中西医结合治疗加声信息治疗组有效率为88．5％。结论中西医结合加声信息治疗组取得良好的疗效，与单纯中西医结合药物治疗有明显差异（P＜0．05）。使用方便，无副作用。Objective To find a better treatment regimert for sudden deafness, Method 92 cases of sudden deafness were divided into 2 groups randomly. Group A(40 cases) were treated with integrated TCM and western medicines. Group B(52 cases) were treated by sound information therapy combined with the same drugs used in group A. Results The effective rate in group A and B was 70% and 88. 5% respectively with significant difference (P < 0.05 ) Conclusion Sound information therapy is useful for sudden deafness patients without side effects.
