摘　　要：随着天然气管网规模的不断扩张,燃气事故的发生也越来越多.目前,燃气集团的预案都是纸质的文件,处理过程中也都是依靠人工的经验,没有严格的执行标准.通过总结部分燃气突发事件应急处理的过程,建立应急预案库,并基于SQL Server数据库对开发过程进行描述,以期对企业解决此类问题提供一定帮助.With the expansion of the natural gas pipeline network, the incident of the gas happens more frequently. Recently ,all the plans of the Cas Group are documented by paper, and the process of the solution depends on individual experience without strict execution standard. This paper summarizes some processes of gas emergence treatment and builds up the emergence solution methods, in the meanwhile, it describes the process of the development based on SQL Server data base. All of this will help to deal with the problems of gas accident.
