摘 要:针对船舶节能减排理论与技术研究中船舶水动力节能技术的需求,通过安装导流附体的方式来改善桨盘面处的伴流分布,对于螺旋桨的减震降噪、螺旋桨推进效率的提高是一种有效的措施.基于CFD技术,研究了某散货船船桨舵相互干扰水动力性能的整体求解技术,预报了设计航速下该船体的阻力、螺旋桨的推力和转矩,通过与试验值的比较验证了该求解技术的可靠性.依据流经船体尾部三维流线绕船体分布的特点,确定了节能装置的主要参数,设计了导流鳍,并采用整体求解技术预报了船体、螺旋桨、舵和导流鳍相互干扰下各自的水动力性能,通过与无导流鳍时船体、螺旋桨、舵水动力性能的对比分析,预报了导流鳍的节能效果.通过绕船体三维流线流动细节的变化,探讨了导流鳍的工作机理.计算结果显示,安装导流鳍后,螺旋桨的效率有显著的提升,导流鳍的节能效果显著,至少可节能3%.Recently in the shipbuilding industry, there has been an increased interest in the studies of theoretic and technical energy saving and exhaust emission underway. The ship hydrodynamic energy saving technique is one important part of it. An effective method used for reducing the vibration and noise, and improving the efficiency of the propeller at the same time, was to install a commutafing appendage to the wake distribution on the propeller disc. The research study explores the interaction hydrodynamic performance incorporate solution technique of a hull with propeller and rudder, utilizing the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) technique. The resistance of the hull, the propulsion and torque of the propeller was predicted using the designed velocity and the solution technique was validated by comparing the numerical and experimental results. As a result, the main parameters of the commutating fin were determined and the shape of the commutating fin was also designed, referencing the 3D streamline distribu- tion characteristic passed by the stern. The integral solution to the interaction hydrodynamic performance of hull with propeller, rudder and fin was given, and the energy saving effect of commutating fin was predicted by compa- ring the interaction hydrodynamic performance of a ship with and without the commutating fin. The work theory of commutating fin was discussed by comparing the changes of the 3D streamline details, which passed by the ship hull. The research study results indicate that the efficiency of propeller with commutating fin was increased obviously, the eommutating fin could save energy by at least three percent.
