摘　　要：目的研究家庭干预对泪道浚通联合义管植入术治疗泪道阻塞效果的影响。方法对确诊的泪道阻塞患者94例100眼均行泪道浚通联合义管植入术，随机分成试验组和对照组各47例50眼，对照组行泪道浚通联合义管植入术围术期常规护理，试验组除给予泪道浚通联合义管植入术围术期常规护理外，实施家庭干预措施，即术后建立患者的家庭随访档案随访半年。结果实验组无效、义管脱落发生率明显低于对照组，而复诊依从性、好转率、治愈率明显高于对照组。结论家庭干预可提高泪道浚通联合义管植入术的治疗效果。Objective To study the effect of family intervention on electrolacryocystoplasty combined with artificial tube implanta-tion for lacrimal duct obstruction. Methods A total of 94 patients with lacrimal ducts obstruction were selected. 100 eyes were treated with electrolacryocystoplasty combined with artificial tube implantation. These patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 47 cases of 50 eyes in each. The patients in control group received routine nursing, the patients in experimental group were treated with family intervention on the basis of routine nursing, namely family follow - up files were built and follow - up lasted half a year. Results The occurrence rate of artificial tube invalidity and dropping in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The complicance, improvement rate and cure rate of the former were higher than those of the latter. Conclusions Family interven-tion can improve the treatment effects of electrolacryocystoplasty combined with artificial tube implantation.
