优质护理理念对ERCP术患者治疗配合及并发症控制情况的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理理念对ERCP术患者治疗配合及并发症控制情况的影响。方法选取2008年1月至2009年7月于本院采用ERCP术进行诊治的210例患者为对照组（常规护理组），2010年1月至2011年6月的210例患者为观察组（优质护理理念组），后将两组患者的并发症发生率及护理前后的治疗配合情况、舒适度情况、医院焦虑抑郁量表、WHOQOL-100量表评分进行比较。结果观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组，护理后的Frankl量表评分优于对照组，舒适度较高比例高于对照组，医院焦虑抑郁评分两个方面及WHOQOL-100量表四个方面评分均优于对照组（P均〈0．05），具有统计学意义。结论优质护理理念可显著改善ERCP术患者治疗配合情况，并可有效控制并发症发生率。Objective To study the influence of high quality nursing philosophy for the treatment coordination and controlling of complications of patients with ERCP operation. Methods Two hundred and ten patients with ERCP operation in our hospital from January 2008 to July 2009 were selected as control group （routine nursing group） , and 210 patients from January 2010 to June 2011 were selected as observation group （ high quality nursing philosophy group） , then the incidence of complications and treatment coordination, comfort situ- ation, hospital anxiety and depression scale before and after the nursing of two groups were compared. Results The incidence of complica- tions of the observation group was lower than that of control group, Frankl scores after the nursing were better than those of control group, higher rate of comfort were higher than those of control group, two items of hospital anxiety and depression scale and four items of WHOQOL - 100 score were all better than those of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, there were all significant differences. Conclusions The high quality nursing philosophy can significantly improve the treatment coordination of patients with ERCP operation, and it also effectively controls the incidence of complications.
