人性化护理在食管癌根治术后胃肠减压中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨人性化护理服务在食管癌根治术后胃肠减压中的应用效果，提高患者舒适度。方法对167例食管癌根治术后胃肠减压患者，护士在护理过程中，加强和患者沟通，针对不同患者制订护理方案，给以人性化护理。结果167例患者在胃肠减压期间无脱管、自行拔管发生，均痊愈出院。结论人性化护理的实施减轻了胃肠减压造成的不适，降低了术后并发症的发生，有利于患者术后康复，提升了护理服务水平。Objective To explore the application effects of humanized nursing on the postoperative gastrointestinal decompression of the patients with esophageal cancer radical surgery and improve the patients＇comfort. Methods In the nursing practice, the communica-tion was strengthened between the nurses and the 167 patients, nursing plan was made according to different patient. Results All the pa- tients were cured without the occurrence of drop of tube and self - extraction tube during the gastrointestinal decompression period. Conclu- sions The implementation of humanized nursing can relieve the discomfort caused by decompression, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, is helpful to postoperative rehabilitation and improvement of service level.
