安多福PVP—Ⅰ局部浸泡治疗甲沟炎疗效的护理观察

摘　　要：目的观察用0．5％安多福PVP—Ⅰ局部浸泡换药治疗甲沟炎的临床疗效。方法将门诊换药的甲沟炎患者随机分为两组，观察组用0．5％安多福PVP—Ⅰ局部浸泡30min＋换药＋无菌纱布包扎；对照组不用浸泡，直接换药＋无菌纱布包扎。观察两组甲沟炎的换药治疗效果。结果观察组的总有效率97．56％，对照组的总有效率73．68％，存在显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论用0．5％安多福PVP—Ⅰ局部浸泡换药方法能有效治疗甲沟炎。Objective To explore the clinical effects of 0. 5% anduofuPVP - Ⅰ local soaking on the paronychia therapy. Methods The outpatients were randomly divided into two groups observation group and control group. The observation group adopted 0. 5% anduo-fuPVP - Ⅰ local soaking 30 minutes, dressing change and sterile gauze dressing; the control group adopted dressing change directly and sterile gauze dressing. The therapeutic effect was compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate was 97. 56 in the observation group, and 73.36 in the control group. There was significant difference （ P 〈 0. 005 ） Conclusions 0. 5 % anduofuPVP - Ⅰ local soaking can treat paronychia effectively.
