Optimization on the Extraction Process of Paeoniae Radix Rubra in Guanxin Ⅱ Freeze-dried Sterile Injection Powder by Orthogonal Test

摘　　要：研究了正交设计优选冠心二号冻干粉针剂中赤芍乙醇回流法最佳提取工艺。采用正交实验法,以芍药苷含量为考察指标,对乙醇浓度、回流次数、乙醇用量等影响因素进行研究,优选最佳提取工艺。最佳工艺为加9倍量70%乙醇,回流提取2次,每次90min。结果表明,该工艺提取效率高,稳定性好,为从优选冠心二号冻干粉针剂中赤芍或含有赤芍的中药制剂中提取芍药苷提供了参考依据。To optimize the conditions for the alcohol extraction of paeoniflor in guanxin Ⅱ freeze-dried sterile injection powder. With the paeoniflor content as index, to use orthogonal test to evaluate the influence factors,including the concentration of alcohol,the extracting time and the amount of alcohol. The optimum conditions are 9 times of 70% alcohol,extracting 2 times and 90 minutes for each time. The results show that the process is efficient, suitable for determination of paeoniae radix rubra of guanxin Ⅱ freeze-dried sterile injection powder.
