摘 要:为了解决现有中药生产能耗高、浪费严重的现状,研究了中药生产能耗最大的提取、浓缩2个工段。分析了现有提取、浓缩工段的工艺原理,探讨了提取、浓缩工段能耗的特点,找出了现有工艺能源浪费的原因,在此基础上提出了提取、浓缩工段相互配合,能量相互利用的措施,并绘制了改造后的流程图,形成了提取、浓缩一体化的体系,改造后的工艺流程具有提取效率高、提取剂用量少、低能耗的特点,且经济效益明显,具有广阔的市场应用前景。In order to solve the present situation of high energy consumption and serious waste existing in traditional Chinese medicine production, to study the two maximum energy consumption procedures of extracting and condensing in traditional Chinese medicine production. To analyze the craft principle of the existing extracting and condensing procedures, investigate the energy consumption characteristics of extracting and condensing procedures, find the reasons of energy dissipation in the existing process. On this basis, to propose the measures of the complement of extracting and condensing procedures each other, the mutual utilization of energy. After transformation, to draw the flow chart, form the integration system of the extracting and condensing procedures. The transformation process has the advantages of higher extraction efficiency, less extraction agent content and less energy consumption. This process has obvious economic benefit and a broad market prospect.
