摘  要:利用 16SrRNA基因探针分析了某地不同时期分离的 88株霍乱弧菌经BglⅠ消化的16SrRNA基因限制性酶谱 ,结果发现各菌株的杂交片断范围为 2~ 12kb ,每个菌株有 6~ 9条杂交带不等。 88株霍乱菌株可分为 9个 16SrRNA基因型 (RT) ,其中EVC可分为 6个RT ,VCO139分为 3个RT ,认为霍乱流行菌株基因型的变迁可能是引起新一次流行的原因。结合ctxAB基因检测结果 ,我们认为VCO139与EVC在遗传特征上有相近的特点 。Using the probe of 16S rRNA gene, we investigated the 16S rRNA gene restriction patterns (16S rRAN GRP) of 88 strains of Vibrio cholerae isolated from Zhejiang province after their chromosomes were digested with BglⅠ. Results showed that the fragments containing 16S rRNA were sized 2-21Kb in 16S rRNA GRP of BglⅠ. 88 strains could be divided into 9 ribotypes (RT), 6 ribotypes were in EVC and 3 ribotypes in VC O139. It was found that the variance of ribotype was probably the cause of new epidemic. Combining with ct gene detection, VC O139 was similar to EVC in hereditary characteristics, but there was also some difference between them.
