摘　　要：运用因子分析法提取有效因子,采用聚类分析法进行聚类分析,构建一个中国物流上市公司绩效评价新模型,并选取三家物流上市公司,对这一新模型进行实证分析,结果进一步验证了该模型的有效性和科学性,从而为中国物流上市公司提供一个更科学合理的财务绩效评价新方法,使各物流企业进一步明确自身的优势与不足,更好地制定下一步的发展战略。The paper applies factor analysis method to ex- tract the effective factor, uses clustering method for cluster analysis, constructs a Chinese logistics listing corporation performance evaluation model, chooses three logistics of listed companies as the empirical analysis of this new model, which further verifies the validity of the model and scientific nature in order to provide a more scientific and rational evaluation of the financial performance of the new method for logistics enterprises to further clarify its own strengths and weaknesses, and develop the next phase of development strategy for the listed companies of China＇s logis- tics.
