摘  要:通过对四所高校双语课教师和学生的问卷调查和采访发现,高校双语教学存在的主要问题和困难是高校及双语课教师对双语教学的目标定位不够清晰,双语课教师数量和质量上都有待提高,学校对双语课程的开发和建设缺乏系统性。因此,高校开设双语教学课程首先应了解影响双语教学的主要因素,在此基础上构建双语教学目标体系,选择合适的双语教学模式,确定适当的双语课程开课范围和开课时机,同时规范双语教师的语码转换,从而更有效地开展双语教学。Through questionnaires and interviews to some teachers and students who are undertaking bilingual programs, we have got an idea of the main problems and difficulties in the ongoing bilingual program. Some bilingual program teachers and schools authorities are still vague about bilingual teaching objectives. There is a lack of qualified bilingual program teachers and a lack of systematic develop- ment and construction of the bilingual courses. To achieve the goals of bilingual programs,the schools should under- stand the influencing factors of bilingual programs. And based on it, the Bilingual Teaching objectives system are es- tablished,teaching modes are selected,timing of the commencement of bilingual courses are decided on and bilingual course teachers' code switching are regulated. Existing problems in those aspects are analyzed and elaborated on so that the bilingual programs are effectively carried out.
