摘  要:随着气田开发进入中后期,气井出水问题日趋严重,排水采气工艺成为提高有水气田开发效益的有效技术。蜀南气矿先后试验和应用了泡排、气举、电潜泵等8种排水采气工艺,实现了有水气田的有效开发。介绍了蜀南气矿近年来所应用的井下涡流排水采气技术,其技术关键是应用井下涡流工具使流体快速旋转,加速度使密度较大的液体在靠近井壁位置传输,密度较小的气体在中心部位传输,以有效改善液体密度梯度分布,使液体呈涡旋上升,减小井筒摩阻损失和液体滑脱损失,提高气体携水率,增大井底生产压差,提高气井产气量,实现排水采气的目的。该工艺在蜀南气矿一口后期生产井试验成功,有效地排出了井筒积液。In the midlate stage of gasfield development, a problem of water production from wells is getting worse. A technique of drainage gas recovery is just an effective tool. Eight techniques, including foaming, gas lifting and electric submersible pump, were applied to PetroChina Southern Sichuan Gas District. In recent years, another technique of downhole eddy drainage gas recovery has been applied to the gas district. Downhole eddy tool is installed to make fluid rotate rapidly, and acceleration can make fluid with higher density flow near borehole wall whereas fluid with lower density flow in the center. This technique improves the distribution of liquid’s density gradient, makes the fluid upward in a vortex, decreases the wellbore friction loss and fluid slippage loss, raises the water-carrying rate of gas, enlarges the downhole pressure differential, increases the gas production, and finally achieves the purpose. It has been tested successfully with effective liquid-loading discharge in a late-stage production well in Southern Sichuan Gas District.
