摘  要:目的确定桑籽总多糖的最佳提取工艺。方法用Sevag法除去桑籽中的蛋白质,以桑籽中粗多糖提取率作为考察指标,在单因素实验基础上用正交实验优化工艺参数,获得最佳提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺条件为:提取时间2.0 h,提取温度80℃,溶剂为12倍量。结论此工艺稳定,可行,节能,提取率高,适合工业化生产。Objective Orthogonal design method was used to optimize the extraction technology of total polysaccharides from mulberry seeds. Methods Protein in mulberry seeds was removed with the Sevag method, extraction yield of total polysaccharides from mulberry seeds as evaluation index, the best extraction conditions were optimized on the basis of single-factor test with orthogonal experiment. Results The optimum extraction conditions were concluded as follows: extraction time 2.0 h, extraction temperature 80 ℃, solvent-solid ratio 12:1. Conclusion The method developed here is efficient, stable, accurate and repeatable, suitable for industrial production.
