摘　　要：通过调查乡镇卫生院药品采购方式的情况,研究对比分析不同采购方式存在的问题,总结和评价几年来药品采购经验和教训,重点研究分析"农村三级卫生服务网"的乡镇卫生院药品采购情况。通过对比分析,研究如何推进广大基层民众用药和新型农村合作医疗制度,为新医改方案的制定和实施提供参考。Through the investigation of drug procurement mode of township health center and comparative analysis on the problems from different procurement mode, several years of purchasing experience and lesson are summarized and evaluated. The research and analysis on ＂rural three-tiered health service network＂ are emphasized. The aspects on how to promote the public administration and the new rural cooperative medical system are discussed through comparative analysis, which will provide the reference for the establishment and implementation of new medical reform program.
