国产格列美脲胶囊在治疗2型糖尿病中的作用

摘　　要：目的 评价国产格列美脲胶囊(glimepiride,GMD 胶囊)应用于2型糖尿病患者的有效性和安全性。方法 40例2型糖尿病随机分成2组,试验组20例,口服 GMD 治疗,对照组20例,口服进口格列美脲(Amaryl)剂量2～8mg;Qd,疗程8周。治疗前后测定空腹及餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白。结果 治疗8周后,试验组空腹血糖(FBG)下降3.14mmol/L(32.31%),餐后2小时血糖(PBG)下降4.96mmol/L(37.36%),糖化血红蛋白(HBAlC)下降1.69%(16.98%),降低空腹及餐后血糖与对照组相比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组降低空腹血糖及餐后血糖的总有效率分别为85%、90%,与对照组相比(85%、80%)无统计学意义。结论 格列美脲胶囊能有效降低空腹及餐后血糖,其降糖疗效与 Amaryl 相似。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the domestic glimepiride capsule(GMI)for treatment of type 2 diabetes(DM_2).Methods 40 patients with DM_2 were random divided into twogroups.Test group involved 20 patients treated with GMD orally.Control group involved the same numbers ofpatients with Amaryl.All of the patients received GMD or Amaryl 2～8mg,one time a day for 8 weeks.Fast-ing blood glucose(FBG),post prandial blood glucose(PBG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc)weremearsured before and after treatment.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,in the test group the mean reduc-tion of FBG,PBG and HbAlc was 3.14mmoL/L(32.31%),4.96mmoL/L(37.36%)and 1.69%(16.98%).Reduction of FBG and PBG in the test group as compared with control group was not statisticallysignificant(P>0.05).Total efficacy rates of FBG and PBG in test group were 85% and 90% respectively,which were not statistically significant compared with control group.Conclusion GMD can effectively reduceFBG and PBG.It has parallel efficacy with Amaryl.
