摘　　要：选择农业加工产业,采用C-D生产函数来测算信息技术型人力资本的效应,发现在技术进步不变的情况下,2003—2010年间在农产品加工业产值增长中起主要作用的首先是物质资本,其次是劳动力资本,最后是发挥在传统人力资本身上的信息技术型人力资本,这说明在以劳动密集型为特征的农产品加工产业中,信息技术资本在传统的人力资本身上发挥的作用不突出,亟需建设信息技术型人力资本作用的有效发挥机制。In order to analyze the role of IT-derived human capital, this article measures the effects of IT- derived human capital by CD production function in the agricultural product processing industry. It finds that in the case of constant technological progress, physical capital plays a major role in the output growth of agricultural product processing industry between 2003 -2010, then comes the role of the labor capital, and IT-derived human capital plays only a limited role. IT-derived human capital index is less than 1/15 times of the labor capital index. This shows the role which IT-derived human capital plays in the traditional human capital is not prominent in the labor-intensive industries; its growth mainly depends on physical capital and labor input. In order to achieve rapid and healthy growth and transformation of the agricultural product processing industry, it also requires an effective mechanism where IT-derived human capital could play the role.
