摘 要:单自由度隔振系统中,空气弹簧实现被动隔振,音圈电机在系统中提供隔振阻尼,实现主动隔振。为保证振动控制的实时性和提供良好的人机界面,提出在Windows平台下,采用RTX系统内核对单自由度主动隔振系统进行实时控制。分析了控制系统的系统组成,设计了控制软件的Win32进程和RTSS进程,研究了控制软件的设计方法和工作流程。最后给出了实验结果和分析。In single-DOF isolator, the pneu-matic spring is applied to accomplish passive vibra-tion isolation and the voice coil motor can provide damp force for active vibration isolation. To guar-antee the real time of the isolation control and pro-vide friendly interface, a system based on RTX on the platform of Windows has been presented for the real-time control of the single-DOF isolator. The system composition of the control system was analyzed, the MFC process and the RTSS process were designed, and the design procedures and the workflows were studied. The experiment data and the analysis were given at last.
