糖脂平治疗早期糖尿病肾病60例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察糖脂平加减治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:将60例早期糖尿病肾病患者分为对照组、治疗组各30例。2组均给予拜阿司匹林、瑞格列奈、血塞通等常规治疗。治疗组同时加用糖脂平,1剂/d,水煎服,200 mL/次,2次/d。2组均以治疗15天为1个疗程。治疗期间监测血压及血糖。结果:显效率对照组为40.00%,治疗组为60.00%,2组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);总有效率对照组为73.33%,治疗组为83.33%,2组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Scr、TG、TC、β2-MG、mAl b等指标治疗组改善较对照组明显,2组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖脂平治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效满意。Objective： To observe clinical effects of modified TangZhiPing capsules in treating early diabetic nephropathy. Method： Sixty patients were allocated into the control group and the treatment group equally. Both groups received routine treatment including aspirin enteric-coated tablets, repaglinide, XueSaiTong injection and others. The treatment groups took TangZhiPing, one dose each day, water decocted, 200mL/time, twice per day. One course of treatment was 15 days. Blood pressure and glucose were monitored during the treatment. Result： Effectual rate of the control group was 40.00%, lower than 60.00% of the treatment group with statistical meaning （P〈0.05）; Total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%, less than 83.33% of the treatment group with statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. The treatment group improved greater than the control group in Scr, TG, TC, β2-MG, mAlb and other indexes, comparisons between both groups showed statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TangZhiPing in treating early diabetic nephropathy could obtain satisfactory effects.
