益气摄血汤治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜30例

摘　　要：目的:观察益气摄血汤治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的临床疗效。方法:将60例ITP患者随机分为观察组、对照组各30例。2组患者均给予氟美松、强的松常规治疗,观察组同时给予益气摄血汤,1剂/d,水煎分服。2组均以治疗1个月为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程后观察疗效。结果:总有效率观察组为96.67%,对照组为83.33%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后血小板及血小板相关抗体检测均有改善(P<0.05),且观察组改善较对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论:益气摄血汤治疗ITP临床疗效显著。Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of YiQi SheXueTang in the treatment for idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura （ITP）. Method： All 60 patients were randomly allocated into the observation group and the control group. Both groups received dexamethasone and metacortandracin, the observation group took YiQi SheXueTang, one dose each day, decocted in water. One month were one course of treatment, clinical efficacy was verified after three consecutive courses of treatment. Result： Total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%, superior to 83.33% of the control group （P〈0.05）. After treating, platelet and its associated antibodies were improved （P〈0.05）, improvements of the observation group were greater than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： YiQi SheXue Tang could gain significant clinical efficacy in treating ITP.
