摘　　要：目的:探讨高位内瘘在长期血透患者中的应用及护理要点。方法:对2006年1月至2012年8月收治的36例行高位内瘘术的长期血透患者的护理方法进行总结。结果:36例高位内瘘在使用中血流充足,应用良好。结论:高位内瘘血管条件特殊,穿刺要求技术高,正确掌握高位动静脉瘘新瘘使用时间,掌握正确的穿刺方法,教会患者自我护理,可以预防内瘘阻塞,确保透析正常进行。Objective： To explore the application and the main points of nursing to high internal fistula in patients with chronic hemodialysis. Method： Nursing methods of internal fistula for thirty-six patients admitted from January, 2006 to August, 2012 were summed up. Result： 36 cases of high internal fistula showed enough blood flow and were applied well. Conclusion： Due to special vascular condition of high internal fistula, higher skill of puncture is required; utilization time of high internal arteriovenous fistula should be grasped correctly as well as right puncture method, which could teach the patients self-nursing, prevent the obstruction of internal fistula and ensure normal conduction of hemodialysis.
