摘  要:目的评价膝关节镜髁间窝成形术中,使用一次的动力性磨钻损坏以及表面化学物质残留情况。方法对于26例膝关节镜下髁间窝成形术中使用的一次性动力性磨钻,光镜下观察磨钻柄的结构,对磨钻表面可能残留物质进行化学分析。结果使用一次的动力性磨钻,磨钻柄处未见明显损伤,但磨钻金属杆可见划痕,磨钻头部有化学物质残留,以碳化物为主。结论髁间窝成形术中,单次使用的磨钻,可能会释放金属离子到关节腔,其表面有化学物质残留,如果重复使用,可能增加关节感染的风险。Objective To detect the possible damage and chemical contaminants of single-used burrs on notchplasty. Methods Twenty-six single-used motorized burrs were assessed under microscopy for their possible damage at the conjunction of plastic tubes with burrs rod and the burr rod themselves. Chemical analyses of possible residues on the surface of burrs found by the microscopy were carried out. Results Optical microscopic examination revealed the intact plastic tube at the conjunctions with burr rod and obvious abrasion on the surface of burr rod af- ter single-using. Energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy of the burr rod revealed the residues composed mainly of carbon. Conclusion On the arthroscopic notchplasty, the single-used burr may have the potential of eluting metal ions to the joint and the residues of chemical mate- rials on the surface of burr, which may increase the risk of joint infection when the burr is re- processed.
