摘　　要：目的　制备粘放菌 5 95 1Ⅱ型菌毛兔抗血清。方法　采用物理、化学方法提纯Ⅱ型菌毛 ,多途径免疫制备兔抗血清 ,双向免疫扩散法鉴定兔抗血清。结果　提纯的Ⅱ型菌毛分子质量主要为 34ku ,多途径免疫后效价可达1:6 4。结论　粘放菌 5 95 1Ⅱ型菌毛蛋白分子质量为 34ku ,抗体效价为 1∶6 4。Objective This study was aimed to prepare the polyclonal antibodies against type Ⅱfimbriae of actinomyces viscosus 5951. Methods Purified typeⅡfimbriae of actinomyces viscosus 5951 were obtained by physical and chemical ways.Then antibodies against typeⅡfimbriae were prepared through immunity of poly ways and tested by double immunodiffusion. Results The molecular quality of typeⅡfimbriae was 34ku.Concentration of antibodies against type Ⅱfimbriae reached 1:64 after immunity of poly ways. Conclusions The molecular quality of type Ⅱfimbriae was 34ku.The titre of the antibodies was 1:64, and had mild cross reaction with typeⅠfimbriae.
