摘 要:运动性疲劳是最常见的生理反应之一,会影响到人们的工作和生活能力。近年来康复专家和体育学家一直在寻找能提高竞技能力、延缓或加速消除疲劳的,并且毒副作用小的天然药物。大量研究表明中草药中的多糖成分有抗疲劳活性。这些多糖能显著提高运动能力,延缓疲劳,同时还能改善动物的生理状态。本文拟对这些具有抗疲劳活性的天然多糖进行归纳和综述。Physical fatigue is one of the most frequent physiological reactions. Physical fatigue is thought to be accompanied by deterioration in performance. In the past decades, rehabilitation specialists and athletic physiol- ogists have been looking for natural compounds that can not only improve athletic ability, postpone fatigue and ac- celerate the elimination of fatigue in human beings, but also have few side effects. Many researches show that the polysaccharides extracted from traditional Chinese medicine herbs have anti-fatigue activities. These polysaccha- rides significantly improve athletic ability and postpone fatigue, improve animals' physiological condition. This man- uscript will review the anti-fatigue polysaccharides that have entered into animal trials.
