摘　　要：尿酸是人类嘌呤代谢的终产物,血尿酸浓度的高低取决于体内嘌呤合成量、食入量和尿酸排出量之间的平衡状态。近年来高尿酸血症的发病率逐渐增加,掌握糖尿病患者的高尿酸血症状况有助于为临床医师提供临床预防和治疗方案。该文主要在危险因素、肾功能、心血管事件、痛风、脂质代谢、胰岛素抵抗及其治疗方面进行阐述。Uric acid is the end product of human purine metabolism,and the concentration of blood uric acid in the body depends on the balanced state between purine synthesis,intake from diet and urate excretion.In recent years,the incidence of hyperuricemia increases.Here is to make a review on the clinical study of hyperuricemia in patients with diabetes,including the main risk factors,renal function,cardiovascular events,gout,lipid metabolism,insulin resistance and the treatments of this disease,aiming at understanding the state of hyperuricemia in patients with diabetes,and providing the clinical preventive measures and treatment methods.
