清代伊犁惠远城的建立及八旗驻防概况

摘　　要：新疆历来是中国古代各个朝代备受重视的领土,自西汉张骞开辟"丝绸之路",汉政府在新疆设立西域都护,统辖南道和北道各国,到后来唐朝政府在新疆先后设立安西都护府和北庭都护府,作为唐朝在西域的的最高统治机构,一直到清朝乾隆二十四年定新疆、二十七年在伊犁设伊犁将军,并在新疆各地筑城设营驻扎军队以戍边,其中以伊犁惠远城是为大城,为新疆各地总会之所。Dating back to ancient times, Xinjiang has always been the focus of Chinese dynasties in all historical period. In the Western Han Dynasty, the ＂silk Road＂ was opened by Zhang Qian, the Western Regions Frontier Command was established officially which was responsible for governing all the surrounding areas. In the Tang Dynasty, the government set up Anxi Frontier Command and Belting Frontier Command one after another as the highest ruling authority in the western region. In the twenty-fourth year of Qing emperor Qianlong＇s reign, Xinjiang was pacified. Three years later, the general of Ill was set, city and battalion were built for stationing troops to protect frontier regions. Among all the cities, Huiyuan town in Ili was the biggest and it was also the place where people from all the other regions in Xinjing gathered and interacted.
