摘  要:目的:探讨三维增强磁共振血管成像(3D CE-MRA)对永存颈内椎基底动脉吻合显示的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析32例经3D CE-MRA诊断为永存颈内椎基底动脉吻合患者的影像资料。结果:3D CE-MRA能清楚显示3种永存颈内椎基底动脉吻合血管的起源及其走行。32例中,22例为永存三叉动脉,7例为永存舌下动脉,3例为寰前节间动脉。结论:较之DSA、 CTA和常规非增强MRA(时间飞跃法/3D-TOF-MRA),3D CE-MRA能无创、安全、便捷、可靠地显示永存颈内椎基底动脉吻合图像,为临床该区域疾病诊断及手术或介入治疗提供有价值的影像解剖资料。Objective: To explore the clinical utility of three-dimensional contrast-enhanced MR angiography (3D CE-MRA) for the display of persistent cariod-vertebrobasilar artery anastomoses. Methods: 3D CE-MRA in 32 patients of persistent carotid-basilar artery anastomoses were retrospectively reviewed. Results: 3D CE-MRA could detect arterial variations of the head and neck which had never been detected previously. These 32 patients had 22 persistent trigeminal arteries, 7 persistent hypoglossal arteries and 3 proatlantal intersegmental arteries. Conclusion: Compared with DSA, CTA and 3D-TOF-MRA, 3D CE-MRA is noninvasive, safe, simple and reliable at detecting clinically significant imaging of persistent cariod-verte- brobasilar artery anastomoses. The technique can provide anatomic data for clinical diagnosis and surgical practices.
