摘  要:目的:研究骨形态发生蛋白4(BMP4)在诱导人乳牙牙髓干细胞(SHED)形成牙结构中的作用。方法:分离、培养SHED,并通过组织重组、器官培养及组织形态学分析等方法,研究SHED的成牙潜能及BMP4在其中的作用;结果:体外培养的SHED具有分化能力,但并不能直接被有诱导成牙能力的牙上皮诱导成牙,然而在BMP4的作用下,鼠牙源性上皮能够诱导SHED形成牙结构。结论:BMP4能够协助鼠牙源性上皮诱导SHED分化为成牙本质细胞,并形成牙本质及牙髓腔结构。Objective: To study the role of BMP4 in the differentiation of stem cells from human exfoliated deciduous teeth (SHED) into the tooth structure. Methods: SHED were isolated and cultured. And we devoted to researching odontogenic potential of SHED with tissue recombination, organ culture and tissue morphological analysis. Results: The cultured SHED in vitro had a potential of differentiation, but SHED rarely could be directly induced to form tooth or develop into tooth germ by dental epithelia with inductive competence. Whereas SHED could be induced to form tooth structure by dental epithelia with the help of BMP4. Conclusion : SHED can be induced to differentiate into odontoblast by dental epithelia under the assistance of BMP4, and further develop to form dentin and dental pulp cavity.
