福建闽南汉人高血压患者的指纹类型及指纹白线

摘　　要：目的：探讨福建闽南汉族人群高血压与指纹类型、指纹白线的相关性。方法：采用油墨捺印方法采集研究对象（高血压患者组、正常对照组各200例）的指纹。结果：高血压组左手拇指、左手食指、左手环指、右手拇指、右手中指的弓形纹频率高于正常对照组。高血压组左手拇指、食指一般斗频率低于正常对照组。高血压组右手拇指的双箕斗频率高于正常对照组。总体上，高血压组的弓形纹频率高于正常对照组。不分男女，高血压组指纹白线出现率高于正常对照组。结论：弓形纹频率增高、指纹白线出现率增多可能是福建闽南汉族人群高血压的重要皮纹学表现。Objective： To study the correlation between hypertension and fingerprint quality of Minnan Han population in Fujian province. Methods： Fingerprints were obtained by means of ink prints, including respective 200 in the hypertension and control groups. Results： The frequencies of the arch pattern in the thumb, index and ring fingers of the left hand and the thumb and middle fingers of the right hand in the hypertension group were higher than those of the control group. The frequencies of simple whorl in the thumb and index fingers of the left hand in the hypertension group were higher than those of the control group. The frequencies of simple whorl in the thumb and index fingers of the left hand in the hypertension were lower than those of： the control group. The frequencies of double loop whorl in the thumb fingers of the right hand in hyper- tension group were higher than those of the eontrol group. As a whole, the frequency of the arch pattern in the hypertension group was higher than that of the control group. Irrespective of sex, the frequeneies of white line of fingerprints in total in the hypertension group were higher than those of the control group. Conclusion： The high frequency of the arch pattern and white line of fingerprints in hypertension of the Minnan people in Fujian province may be a significant feature of human dermatoglyphics.
