摘  要:目的分析足月高胆红素血症新生儿的血液氨基酸和酰基肉碱水平与正常足月新生儿的差异,探讨其在高胆红素血症发病机制中的作用。方法选择2009年2月至2010年2月,737例足月高胆红素血症新生儿以及306例正常足月新生儿为研究对象,采集干血滤纸片样品进行串联质谱分析。结果足月高胆红素血症新生儿和正常新生儿血液中9种氨基酸、游离肉碱和11种酰基肉碱水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论高胆红素血症新生儿的氨基酸谱和酰基肉碱谱存在某些变化,可能为其病因诊断和治疗提供进一步的依据和线索。Objective The amino acids and acylcarnitines in blood were analyzed in term neonatal,to explore the role of amino acid and acylcarnitine in pathogenesis of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia by the metabolic profiling.Methods Total of 737 full-term newborns diagnosis of hyperbilirubinemia in hospital from Feb.2009 to Feb.2010 were tested.Total of 306 normal full-term newborns were used as the control group.The dry blood spot samples were collected and analyzed by tandem mass spectrometry.Results There were significant differences of 9 types of amino acids free carnitine and 11 types of acylcarnitines in neonatals with hyperbilirubinemia and normal full-term newborns(P0.01).Conclusions There are some changes of amino acids and acylcarnitines profiles in neonatals with hyperbilirubinemia,which may help explore the cause of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia and to provide the evidences for treatment.
