摘　　要：目的　总结治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折的经验。方法　采用双开窗减压RF内固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折 2 0例。结果　经 12～ 2 4个月随访 ,椎体平均前后高度由术前的 5 0 6%和 75 4%恢复为术后的 91 2 %和 96 3%。Cobb角由术前平均 17 8°恢复为术后平均 1°。结论　该方法复位、固定可靠 ,创伤小 ,可保留未损伤节段功能 ,同时保留了后柱的稳定性。Objective To sum up the clinical experience on treatment of thoracolumbar bursting fractures. Methods 20 cases of thoracolumbar bursting fractures were treated with bilateral fenestration decompression and reduction fixation system (RF system). Results Through follow up of 12～24 months,it was found that the height of compressed vertebral bodies in all cases were recovered from 50 6%(anterior) to 91 2%,and (75 41 posterior) to 96 3% on average. The Cobbs angle was recovered from 17 8° to 1° on average. Conclusion This method is reliable in reduction and fixtion,there is only little trauma and it can reserve the function of intact segments maximally,also maintain the spinal stability.
