高脂喂养条件下胰岛素抵抗大鼠甲状腺功能状态的评估

摘  要:目的评估高脂喂养胰岛素抵抗大鼠甲状腺的功能状态。方法采用高脂饲料喂养建立胰岛素抵抗大鼠模型,以大鼠清醒状态下正常血糖.高血浆胰岛素钳夹试验进行评估,留取血样后测定大鼠血清甲状腺功能指标和血脂指标。结果(1)与正常饮食组(NC组)比较,高脂饮食组(HF组)60~120min的平均葡萄糖输注率(GIR60-120)明显降低(P〈0.05),TC、TG、LDL-C、FFA水平明显升高,HDL-C水平明显降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。(2)与NC组比较,HF组大鼠血清TSH、FT3、FT4,差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。但HF组大鼠血清TSH水平与TG水平呈正相关(R=0.749,P〈0.05),与HDL.c水平呈负相关(R=-0.172,P〈0.05),与TC、LDL—C、FFA水平无相关关系(P〉0.05)。结论高脂喂养胰岛素抵抗大鼠的甲状腺功能较正常组大鼠无明显变化,但血清TSH水平与血脂水平密切相关。Objective To assess the thyroid function on the high-fat insulin resistant rats. Methods Insulin resistant rats were induced by high-fat diet feeding,then assessed by euglycemic- hyperinsulinemia clamp technique. Determine the index of thyroid function and serum lipid. Results (1) The glucose infusion rate(GIR60-120) was significantly decreased in HF group, (P〈0.05). The level of serum TC, TG, LDL-C, FFA were significantly increased while HDL-C was decreased in high-fat diet (HF group), P〈0.05. (2) The differences of TSH£-FT3and FT4between the NC and HF group were not statistically significant (P〉0.05). The serum level of TSH has a positive correlation with TG (R=0.749, P〈0.05) and has a negative correlation with HDL-C (R =-0.172, P〈0.05). There were uncorrelation between TSH and TC, LDL-C, FFA. Conclusion The thyroid function of the high-fat diet insulin resistant rats was no significant differences with the normal rats,but the serum TSH was close to the serum level of lipid.
