摘　　要：目的　提高动脉钝挫伤修复的成功率。方法　大隐静脉游离移植修复损伤的动脉 ,改变修复后的动脉在窝的走行途径。结果　治疗 8例 ,7例成活。结论　大隐静脉移植改变动脉在窝的走行途径修复损伤的动脉 ,避免了损伤血管在张力下修复 ,为修复后的动脉提供一个条件较好的组织床。Objective To improve success rate of repairing the blunt injured popliteal artery. Methods The blunt injured popliteal arteries were treated by transplanting the great saphenous veins, and the route of the repaired vessel in the popliteal fossa was changed. Results Out of the 8 limbs, 7 survived. Conclusion The method of change way veinous transplantation in repairing the blunt injured popliteal artery can avoid the injured vessel restoring in tension, providing a good tissue bed for the repaired popliteal artery.
