摘 要:目的:观察三黄益肾胶囊对糖尿病大鼠肾脏的保护作用,探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:糖尿病模型大鼠随机分为4组:模型对照组,三黄益肾低剂量治疗组[0.4 g/(kg.d)]、中剂量治疗组[0.8 g/(kg.d)]、高剂量治疗组[1.6 g/(kg.d)],另设一组正常对照组。给药8周末,观察各组血糖、肌酐、尿素氮、24 h尿蛋白、肾组织超氧化物歧化酶活性、肾组织丙二醛及肾重/体重指数(肾重/体重×1000)。结果:经灌胃治疗8周后,三黄益肾中、高剂量治疗组与糖尿病模型对照组比较,肾重/体重比值明显减少(P<0.01);血清肌酐、尿素氮水平明显降低(P<0.01)。肾组织MDA低于糖尿病模型对照组(P<0.01),而高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。肾组织SOD活性高于糖尿病模型对照组(P<0.01),而低于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论:三黄益肾胶囊能够降低肾组织MDA含量,提高肾组织SOD活性,延缓糖尿病大鼠的肾损伤。Objective : To observe and verify the intervention action of Sanhuang Yishen capsule on kidney in diabetes, and to study its possible mechanism. Methods:Diabetic rats (n=14/group)were randomly divided into. diabetes model group, low-dose Sanhuang Yishen capsule treated group[0.4 g/ ( kg d ) ], middle-dose Sanhuang Yishen capsule treated group[0.8 g/ ( kg d ) ], high-dose Sanhuang Yishen capsule treated group[1.6 g/ ( kg d ) ]. Ten SD rats were selected as control group. At the end of 8th week, we detected blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, creatinine, urea nitrogen, 24 hour urine protein, superoxide dismntase, malondialdehyde and BMI index. Results: 8 weeks later, middle-dose, high-dose Sanhuang Yishen capsule treated groups compared with the diabetes model group, BMI index and the level of serum creatinine and urea nitrogen were obviously decreased (P〈O.01). The MDA content in kidney of middle-dose and high-dose Sanhuang ~ishen capsule treated groups was lower than that of the diabetes model group ( P〈0.01 ), but higher than that of the control group ( P〈0.01 ). The SOD activity in kidney of middle-dose and high-dose Sanhuang Yishen capsule treated groups was higher than that of the diabetes model group ( P〈0.01 ), but lower than that of the control group ( P〈0.01 ). Conclusion : Sanhuang Yishen capsule can reduce renal tissue MDA content, elevate renal tissue SOD activity, and delay the renal injury in diabetic rats.
