摘  要:目的:探讨脾气虚状态下模型大鼠体内氧自由基损伤程度和端粒长度的变化情况。方法:采用"饮食不节+疲劳过度"复合方法造模14 d后,取大鼠脑皮质和血清测定SOD、GSH-Px、T-AOC、MDA的含量,取脑皮质测端粒长度。结果:脾气虚模型组大鼠血清和脑皮质中SOD活性、GSH-Px活性、T-AOC和MDA含量与正常组相比均有显著差异(P<0.05)。模型组脑皮质中端粒长度明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论:脾气虚模型大鼠体内存在着明显的抗氧化酶活性降低和端粒长度缩短,但脾气虚状态处于脾病全程的何种阶段尚需深入研究了解。Objective : This research was to explore the free radicals damage and the change of the telomeric length in the rats with spleen qi deficiency. Methods : Fatty diet plus over fatigue method was used to establish the model for 14 days, and the SOD, GSH-Px, T-AOC and MDA contents in brain cortex and serum were measured and the telomeric length in brain cortex was also measured. Results: In serum and cerebral cortex, the contents of SOD, GSH-Px, T-AOC and MDA in the model group showed a significant difference( P〈0.05 ). The telomeric length in brain cortex of the model group shortened significantly( P〈0.05 ). Conclusion : There is a clear reduction of antioxidant enzyme activities and telomeric length significantly in spleen qi deficiency model, but the spleen qi deficiency state in what stage of the spleen desease is needed to be understood in-depth studies.
