中药复方温热加工后外治类风湿关节炎用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的:研究分析中药复方温热加工后外治类风湿关节炎的用药规律。方法:通过中国知网数据库、重庆维普中文科技期刊全文数据库收集1979—2011年治疗类风湿性关节炎温热加工的中药复方共222首,采用Access2003建立药物数据库,应用SPSS 13.0统计软件分析,提炼用药规律。结果:总结使用药物分类频数频率、各类常用药物频数频率、高频使用药物的结果。结论:中药复方温热加工外治类风湿关节炎,重在运用祛风湿、活血化瘀、解表、补虚、清热药,以畅通气血,达到消肿止痛的目的。即使为补虚药也宜选补而不滞、兼有散通之药。常用高频药物为桂枝,能加强方药发散通经的作用。Objective ： To study the medication laws of RA treated with external application of heated TCM compounds. Methods： By searching CNKI and VIP,222 prescriptions for treating RA during 1979 to 2011 were collected. The data was established a base by Access2003 and analyzed by SPSS 13.0 to summarize the medication law. Results ： The classification frequency, the commonly-used drugs frequency and drugs with high frequency were summarized. Conclusion： Heated TCM compounds for treating RA by external application mainly use drugs for dispelling wind and dampness, activating blood and resolving stasis, t^lieving the exterior, supplementing the deficiency, clearing heat, so as to achieve the effect. The drugs for supplementing the deficiency have the nature of dispersing at the same time. Guizhi is one of the high frequency drugs and it can enhance the function of dispersing.
