糖尿病足43例细菌培养结果及疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨糖尿病足的细菌培养结果及应用中医外治法治疗糖尿病足疗效。方法:采用中医外治法治疗糖尿病足患者43例,对疗效进行评价,对疮面分泌物进行细菌培养,并对结果进行分析。结果:2个月后,治愈率:72.09%,总有效率:100%。疮面分泌物培养出病原菌49株,其中革兰氏阴性菌占71.42%,革兰氏阳性菌占28.57%。结论:中医外治法治疗糖尿病足疗效确切。分泌物细菌培养结果以革兰氏阴性菌为主。Objective ： To investigate the effect of diabetic foot bac.terial culture results and application of external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in treating diabetic foot. Methods ： 43 cases of diabetic foot patients were treated with external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine to evaluate the effect. Bacterial culture of wound secretion and analysis of the results were carried on. Results ： After 2 months, the cure rate was 72.09%, total effective rate was 100%. Wound secretion cultured 49 strains of pathogenic bacteria, including gram negative bacilli, accounting for 71.42%, Gram-positive bacteria, accounting for 28.57%. Conclusion ： Traditional Chinese medicine external treatment has obvious effect on diabetic foot. Bacterial culture result is mainly gram-negative bacteria.
