摘　　要：文章从中医辨证分型、成方成药、单味药物、名家经验等四个方面对目前IgA肾病的中医药治疗进展做以综述,分析了目前中医药对IgA肾病的辨证与治疗情况,指出目前还尚缺乏统一的辨证与疗效标准。This paper summarized the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine （ TCM ） treatment for IgA nephropathy from fours aspects, including TCM syndrome differentiation classification, prescription and medicine, single herbal medicine and experience. The paper analyzed present situation of IgA nephropathy differentiation and treatment in TCM, and pointed out that there isn＇t a unified standard for the differentiation and treatment.
