摘　　要：胰淀素是由胰岛β细胞分泌的一种肽类激素,具有减少进食、减轻体重、控制能量的消耗、延缓胃排空、抑制胰高血糖素分泌、舒张血管、降低血脂等作用,与代谢综合征密切相关,临床上Pramlintide(普兰林肽,人工合成的胰淀素类似物)配合胰岛素用于糖尿病的治疗已取得显著的临床药效,另外,Pramlintide的降脂作用已经成为近年来治疗肥胖的研究热点。Amylin is a kind of peptide hormone excreted by [3 cells. It is closely relevant to MS. And it has many functions, such as reducing eating food, reducing body weight, regulating the consumption of energy, delaying the evacuation of stomach, depressing the secretion of glucagon, diastoling blood vessels, lowering the level of blood fat. Pramlintide （ artificial synthetic insulin analog ） matching insulin which is used for treating diabetes mellitus has acquired obvious clinical curative effect. Otherwise, the function of lowering the level of blood fat has been the research hot pot on treating obesity recently.
