补阳还五汤加味结合中药长皮膏外敷治疗肢端坏疽临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察补阳还五汤加味合中药长皮膏外敷治疗肢端坏疽的临床疗效。方法:临床收集病例68例,随机分为两组:补阳还五汤加味合中药长皮膏组、中药长皮膏组。采用患者自身前后对照研究的方法,进行疗效评价。结果:68例患者除3例截指(趾)外,其余均愈合。补阳还五汤加味合中药长皮膏组创面内坏死组织脱落时间较中药长皮膏组短。结论:补阳还五汤加味合中药长皮膏组能明显缩短创面内坏死组织脱落时间,较快促进上皮生长。Objective： To observe the effect of Buyang Huanwu Recipe combined with Zhangpi Plaster treating acromelic gangrene. Methods ： 68 clinical cases were randomly divided into two groups ： Buyang Huanwu Recipe combined with Zhangpi Plaster group, and Zhangpi Plaster group. The method of patient self-control study was used to evaluate the curative effect. Results ： 3 cases cut-off （ toe ）, the rest were healed. The loss time of necrotic tissue of Buyang Huanwu Recipe combined Zhangpi Plaster group was shorter than that of Zhangpi Plaster group. Conclusion ： Buyang Huanwu Recipe combined with Zhangpi Plaster group can significantly shorten the loss time of necrotic tissue, and quickly promote the epithelia｜ tissue growing.
