摘　　要：卵巢早衰是妇科疑难病症,其发病率越来越高,而其引发的更年期症状以及不孕、骨质疏松、冠心病等疾病困扰着很多患者。对其治疗有激素替代治疗、免疫抑制治疗、卵巢移植、赠卵胚胎移植、中医治疗等等。中医治疗因为其治疗方法多样、效果持久、副作用少受到很多患者的信赖。文章就中医治疗卵巢早衰做一综述。The POF is the refractory disease of gynaecology, the incidence of it is increasing, and also the symptoms like menopause, sterility, osteoporosis, coronary disease disturb most of the patients. Now the treatment on POF includes HR, immunosuppressant, ovary replant, TCM, and so on. Among them the treatment in TCM is more and more recognized because it has fewer side effects. The article rewiewed the treatment of POF by TCM.
