药穴结合治疗对早期痛风性肾病UA、BUN的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中药固肾泄浊汤配合耳穴压豆治疗对早期痛风性肾病的临床疗效。方法:将60例早期痛风性肾病患者,采用随机数字表分为别嘌醇组(对照组)、药穴组(治疗组)各30例,对照组采用单纯口服别嘌醇治疗,药穴组采用中药固肾泄浊汤配合耳穴压豆治疗,观察两组血清UA、BUN含量的变化及临床症状的改善。结果:药穴组与别嘌醇组两组均能有效降低血尿酸、血尿素氮(P<0.01,P<0.05),但药穴组优于别嘌醇组(P<0.05);药穴组临床疗效优于别嘌醇组(P<0.05)。结论:中药固肾泄浊汤配合耳穴压豆治疗对早期性痛风疗效明确,较单纯别嘌醇治疗可明显降低血尿酸、血尿素氮,改善临床症状,改善肾功能。Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of Gushen Xiezhuo Decoction and auricular point sticking therapy on early gouty nephropathy. Methods： Sixty cases were randomized into two groups： the control group and the experimental group, with 30 in each. The control group were treated with allopurinol, and the experimental group were treated with Gushen Xiezhuo Decoction and auricular point sticking. The levels of UA and BUN in both groups were observed and compared before and after treatment. The clinical efficacy was observed in two groups. Results ： The levels of UA and BUN were reduced significantly after treatment as compared with those before treatment in two groups （ P〈0.01, P〈0.05 ） and the result in the experimental group was superior to that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The clinical efficacy in the experimental group was superior to that in the control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The combination of Gushen Xiezhuo Decoction and auricular point sticking therapy achieves the significant efficacy on early gouty nephropathy. This therapy effectively reduces the levels of UA and BUN, relieves clinical symptoms of the patients and improves renal function of the patients. The efficacy of the combination of Gushen Xiezhuo Decoction and auricular point sticking therapy is superior to that of the simple allopurinol.
