电针结合背俞穴拔罐治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨电针结合背俞穴拔罐治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘和对复发的影响。方法:将40例咳嗽变异型哮喘患者,随机分为电针组与西药组。电针组采用电针结合背俞穴拔罐治疗,针刺脾俞、肺俞、足三里、章门、大椎等穴,后将两侧脾俞、肺俞、足三里接电针仪,留针30 min,起针后在背俞穴拔火罐,留罐10 min,每日治疗1次;西药组给予孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片,每日1次,每次10 mg,20 d后统计疗效。同时观察治疗后6个月内的复发情况。结果:电针组、西药组总有效率分别为85%、70%,组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);电针组、西药组复发率分别为10%、30%,组间复发率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:电针结合背俞穴拔罐治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘较口服孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片有效,且可以降低复发率。Objective： To study the effect of electric acupuncture combined with back-shu point cupping treatment of cough variant asthma, and the influence of recurrence. Methods ： 40 cases of cough variant asthma patients, were randomly divided into electric acupuncture group （ EA-group ） and western medicine （ WM- group ） group. EA-group used electric acupuncture combined with back-shu point cupping treatment, after needling spleen Shu, lung Shu, Zusanli, Zhangmen and Dazui, spleen Shu, lung Shu, Zusanli of the two sides were given electric acupuncture, retaining for 30 min. After the needling, the cupping treatment was for back-shu points region for 10 min, once a day. WM-group was given Montelukast chewable tablets, once a day, 10 mg for each time. 20 days later, curative effect was analyzed. At the same time recurrence with in 6 months after treatment was observed. Results ： The total effectiveness of EA-group and WM-group respectively was 85% and 70%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate of EA-group and WM-group was 10%, 30%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion ： The electric acupuncture combined with back-point cupping treatment of cough variant asthma is more effective than oral Montelukast chewable tablet, and can reduce the recurrence rate.
