摘　　要：To the editor： Pulmonary arterial hypertension （PAH） is an infrequent but nevertheless, serious life threatening complication of human immunodeficiency virus （HIV） infection. People infected with HIV have a high prevalence of chronic hepatitis B virus （HBV） and/or hepatitis C virus （HCV）. Bosentan is effective in patients with HIV-related PAH （HRPH）;1 but hardly used on Chinese patients so far.
