摘  要:采用ProCAST软件对不锈钢阀体熔模精铸件浇冒系统进行数值模拟,通过对初始工艺方案2浇道顶注一体式浇冒系统进行充型及凝固的模拟,发现上部厚大法兰部分存在缩松缺陷,下部阀体连接处出现缩孔缺陷。根据对初始工艺模拟分析,对阀体进行工艺优化,并采用4内浇道顶注一体式浇冒系统,经模拟验证,优化工艺可实现阀体的顺序凝固,消除缩孔缩松等缺陷,保证阀体的质量。The gating and riser system for the investment castings of stainless steel valve body were simulated by ProCAST software. Through simulation of filling mould and solidification of initial process which adopt two runner top integrated gating and riser system, shrinkage porosity defects on the upper thick flange portion and shrinkage hole defects in the lower connections of valve body were found. According to simulation analysis of initial process, the process of stainless steel valve body was optimized which adopt four runner top integrated gating and riser system. By validation of numerical simulation, valve body can realize directional solidification, and eliminate shrinkage and porosity defects, ensure the quality of valve body.
