摘 要:针对传统设计中信息共享程度低、设计目标与结果不一致、重复劳动多的问题,在分析串行设计中存在诸多弊端的基础上,提出一种面向并行工程的参数化协同设计方法。在深入研究信息共享机制和网络空间、时序异构机理的基础上,构建基于PDM的分布式协同设计平台;结合桥式起重机结构型式固化程度高的特点,将参数化变型设计和协同设计有机地结合起来,开发面向并行工程的桥式起重机参数化协同设计系统。以端梁为设计对象,部署其参数提交、模型驱动更新、有限元分析校核与图纸优化调整等协同设计任务,研究结果表明该系统的可行性、实用性和有效性。Aiming at the problem of the low level of information sharing, discordance of design goal and the results, repetitive work in the traditional design, based on the analysis of the many disadvantages in serial design, a new approach of parametric collaborative design for concurrent engineering was presented. In the premise of the intensive study of information sharing mechanism and the mechanism of network space and timing heterogeneous, the distributed collaborative design platforms were constructed based on PDM. According to the high regular degree features of overhead travelling crane structural style, by combining parametric variant design with collaborative design, an overhead travelling crane's parametric collaborative design system for concurrent engineering was developed. The end beam was taken as a study object, parameters submitting, model driving and updating, the finite element analyzing and checking, engineering drawing optimizing and other collaborative design tasks were deployed. The feasibility, availability and effectiveness of the system are validated by the results.
