摘  要:结合在实际工程中应用的AC-20级配的设计过程,对贝雷法和VCAAC的矿料设计和检验方法进行了具体介绍。用贝雷法选定满足骨架密实结构的初试级配,进而用VCAAC方法对压实成型试件进行最终检验,结果发现:该初试级配的未达到骨架密实结构,需要根据VCAAC方法进行调整才能满足骨架密实结构的要求。实例说明该检验方法简便、灵活,且调整后设计级配的高温稳定性、水稳定性以及抗水渗透性能均很好。The test methods of Bailey design and VCAAc were introduced in the light of the application of gradation design for AC -20 in an actual project. In the paper the selected tentative gradation was tested with the Bailey de- sign method. Then the VCA_AC method was applied to test the compacted specimen. The results indicate that it didn t met the requirement of the close skeleton -dense struc- ture, having need of adjustment according to the VCAAc method to satisfy the requirement of close skeleton - dense structure. The demonstrated example proved theconvenience and the flexibility of the above - mentioned test method, and the adjusted design gradation was char- acterized by the good high -temperature stability, water resistance and water impermeability.
