摘 要:用水从黄柏中提取天然染料并用于真丝织物的染色,探讨了从黄柏中提取天然染料的工艺,优化了黄柏提取液对真丝织物的染色工艺,并评定了染色效果。通过正交试验及单因素分析,确定黄柏提取、染色及固色的适宜工艺。结果表明:水提取法黄柏色素优化工艺为黄柏质量浓度2.5 g/L,提取温度100℃,提取时间60 min,1次提取;黄柏提取液对真丝织物直接染色的优化工艺为染液pH值7,常温下入染,升温至50℃后,恒温染色45 min;固色剂可适当提高染色真丝织物的染色牢度,固色优化工艺为交联剂质量浓度5 g/L,温度60℃,浸渍时间30 min。This paper extracts natural dyeing from golden cypress with water and uses it for dyeing of real silk fabrics ; discusses the process of extracting natural dyeing from golden cypress; optimizes the process of dyeing real silk fabric with golden cypress extracting solution; evaluates the dyeing effect; and determines the appropriate process of golden cypress extraction, dyeing and fixation through orthogonal test and single factor analysis. The result shows that the optimal process of golden cypress pigment with water extraction method is: mass concentration of golden cypress 2.5 g/L, extraction temperature 100 ℃, extraction time 60 rain and extraction once; the optimal process of direct dyeing of real silk fabric with golden cypress extracting solution is dye liquor pH value 7, dyeing at normal temperature and dyeing at constant temperature for 45 rain after the temperature increases to 50 ℃. Dye-fixing agent can improve the color fastness of dyed real silk fabric appropriately. The optimal process of fixation is mass concentration of cross-linking agent 5 g/L, temperature 60 ℃ and dipping time 30 rain.
