羌活佩兰汤对病毒性肺炎小鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶活性及丙二醛、一氧化氮含量的影响

摘　　要：目的研究羌活佩兰汤对病毒性肺炎小鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。方法取空白对照组、模型组、阳性对照组、复方低、中、高剂量组小鼠血清,用紫外可见分光光度法测定血清SOD活性及NO、MDA含量。结果病毒性肺炎小鼠血清中SOD活性,模型组较正常组显著降低,差异有统计学意义,治疗组较模型组显著增加,差异有统计学意义,且低剂量组增加更显著;I-CR小鼠血清MDA含量,模型组较正常对照组均有显著性增加,和模型组相比,治疗组MDA含量明显降低,差异有统计学意义,且低剂量组降低更显著;ICR小鼠血清NO含量,模型组较正常对照组均有显著性增加,治疗组较模型组均有所降低,但只有低剂量组和阳性组NO含量与模型组有显著差异。结论羌活佩兰汤对病毒性肺炎引发的自由基损伤有保护作用,从而减轻肺感染病毒后对肺组织细胞的损害,低剂量组效果相对更好。Objective： To observe the effect of Qianghuopeilan Decoction on serum superoxide dismutase（SOD）activity,and the content of malondialdehyde（MDA）,nitric oxide（NO） of mouse with viral pneumonia. Methods： The serum of mouse in blank control group,model group,positive control group,the low-dosage,medium-dosage,high-dosage compound group were taken,the activity of SOD and the content of MDA,NO in which were detected with UV-visible spectrophotometry.Results： The activity of SOD of model group decreased significantly compared with blank group,and all the treatment group increased significantly compared with,in which the low-dosage group increased more obviously.The content of MDA in model group was increased more significantly compared with blank control group.The content of MDA in all treatment group decreased significantly compared with model group,and the low-dosage group decreased most significantly.The content of NO in model group increased more significantly compared with blank control group,while only the low-dosage group and positive control group showed significant difference from model group.Conclusion： Qianghuopeilan Decoction can protect the radical damage caused by viral pneumonia,which can alleviate the damage on Lung tissue cells.And the low-dosage group shows better effect.
