针刺治疗中风后假性球麻痹的现代文献回顾性研究

摘　　要：目的总结针刺治疗中风后假性球麻痹的病名、病因病机、治疗原则、选穴规律及评价方法。方法收集各数据库自建库以来至2012年4月针刺治疗中风后假性球麻痹的现代文献。对病名、病位、病因病机、治疗原则、配穴规律、评价方法进行归纳整理。对取穴、归经、使用频率进行分析。结果符合研究设计的文献共276篇,共使用151个穴位,总频次为1683次。出现频次30次以上的腧穴14个。这14个腧穴中十四经穴9个,近部取穴11个。前4个穴位既是十四经穴又有近部取穴的特点。结论病名以"类噎膈"较为合适。病因病机主要为内伤、七情导致肝、脾、肾三藏亏虚,痰瘀阻塞舌本、咽喉、脑络,关窍闭阻,神气失导而发为本病。治疗以标本兼治为原则。选穴以十四经穴、近部取穴为主。在具有治疗本病作用的十四经中近部取穴是临床选穴的重要方法。Objective： To summarize the name of disease,etiology,pathogenesis,treatment principle,the law of selecting points and method of evaluation.Methods： Contemporary cocuments were collected which were about acupuncture treating supranuclear paralysis from databases from its establishment to April 2012.The name of disease,etiology,pathogenesis,treatment principle,the law of selecting points and method of evaluation were summarized.And the acupoint selection,channel tropism,using frequency were analyzed.Results： 276 papers met the standard,a total of acupoint was 151,the total frequency was 1683.There were 14 acupoints whose frequency were beyond 30.Among the 14 acupoints,9 acupoints belonged to fourteen channels,11 acupoints belonged to neighboring point selection.Conclusion： It was suitable to name it similar to cardiac spasm.Etiology and pathogenesis were that internalinjuryof the seven emotions resulted in the Liver,spleen,kidney deficiency,and Phlegm obstructed tongue,throat,brain collaterals,all which result in the disease.treating both manifestation and root cause of disease should be taken as principle.Acupoints of fourteen meridians and neighboring points should be the primary acupoints.
